Safety Officer/Sr. Safety Officer Qualification:
- Candidate must have a full time Advance diploma in Industrial Safety (AIDS) from RLI/CLI or State council approved regular course under factory act 1948.
- Knowledge of safety rules and practices.
- Planning & organizing.
- Computer literacy and applications
Experience required for Safety Officer/Sr. Safety Officer: 5 - 10 Years

- Executing complete Environment, Health and Safety operations entailing planning, optimum use of available resources, maintenance and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for implementation, monitoring and continual improvement of safety management system in order to avoid incidents, personal Injury and manage risk, incident investigation and reporting.
- Handling & Storage of inflammable/ Toxic chemicals, onsite emergency preparedness plan, conduct periodic mock drill, evaluation and gap analysis
- Implementation of safety work practices work permit system, LOTO system, machine safeguarding, safety pre-examination of new or change of facility and process.
- Experience of factory requirement and compliance of statutory requirements.
- EHS goal planning, strategy, & performance monitoring.
- Estb. Of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 system for R&D, facilitate all internal / external inspection & audits, environment & safety legal compliance as per local Indian law.
- Fire prevention/ protection system, mockdrill, Health check up camps etc.
