1. Minimum 5 years of experience directly working in a QHS&E capacity.
2. Individuals with documented Quality training, qualifications, and certifications preferred.
3. Can proactively take action to resolve issues and drive for results. Can effectively perform Root Cause Analysis.
4. Experience in and a champion for Continuous Process Improvement.
5. Embraces and promotes teamwork.
6. Able to read, write, and speak English, Hindi, and Marathi for effective communication with all employees and creation of Quality documentation.
