Qualification:
- Diploma in Safety / Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of computer (PPT, MS office, etc.).
- First aid certificate holder is preferred.
Experience: 2 - 6 Years
Responsibilities:
1. Inspection and Filing of all documents related to safety.
2. Conduct Safety Induction and other HSE training.
3. Support to make safety patrol report.
4. Preparing and issuing ID Cards, Visitor pass, etc.
5. Verify the monthly checklist of fire extinguishers, equipments, etc. at Site Office.
6. Compiling attendance related to safety meetings.
7. Organize and conduct all HSE related meeting.
8. Preparing and Maintaining the all Safety training and inspection report.
9. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly site inspection.
10. Organize monthly HSE committee meeting.
11. Maintain tracking sheet of all applicable legal document of machines and equipment.
12. Follow up with contractors to complete all HSE document.
13. Maintain all document of HSE.
