Experience: 8 - 11 years
Skills required:
1. Exposure to legal compliance is preferred. (i.e. controlling; monitoring of various statutory requirements; liabilities related to Safety, Health & Fire; The Factories Act & Rules, Explosives Acts & Rules, Etc.
2. Should be PGD in Safety and Engineering Graduate.
3. Good experienced with a minimum of 08 to 10 years and at least 03 years in Pigments / Chemical / Agrochemical / Dyes & Intermediates Manufacturing plants.
4. Well versed in statutory compliance of DISH (Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health), should be able to coordinate independently the DISH requirements.
5. Also well versed with aspects like Permit Systems, Safety Audits, Mock Drills Training, Government Liability, Environmental Procedure, etc.
6. Obtain and renewal of Fire NOC, Explosive licenses from concerned authorities
7. To conduct a safety audit with the help of a third party and compliance made thereunder.
8. To prepared need base safety training calendar and implement.
