The Government of India (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) had previously issued draft amendments to the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016 through three notifications:
- G.S.R. 272(E) dated 13th May 2024
- G.S.R. (32) dated 13th January 2025
- G.S.R. 33(E) dated 13th January 2025
These drafts were published to invite public objections or suggestions within 30 days from the date the gazette copies became publicly available.
